hello im new on here. i hope this is in the right spot..... anyways... i have a an hp envy dv6-7211nr laptop was running just fine was updated to windows 10..... then one day i try to boot it up and it says starting auto repair anfter that it goes to a black screen and sits there... so i let it sit all day with the hopes something is happening... well nothing happened... i have tried holding f11 at boot to get restore options.. when i try that it says please wait then does nothing... i have tried using f8 to bring up boot options that does nothing either.....f2 does bring up bios but nothing i can do from there.. that i know of... ok so from here i would love to fix it and keep using it.... but if i cant i want to at least try to recover the pics i had of it.... please any help would be great... thanks evrybody...
