Looks like your c drive has a total space of only 20.9 gb, thats why you are out of space. Go into disk management and post a screenshot. Looks like you may be running on flash memory.
 
I am wondering if this computer is actually counting on using the cloud for storage. I have HP messages popping up warning of low disk space with recommendations of using external storage options.
