I have an HP LaserJet 2200d printer. When I connect it (USB) to my Vista Ultimate computer, I cannot get it to print. Every time I try to print, it gives me an error. Does not say what the error is.
Coincidently, I also have a Windows XP Pro computer; the two computers are networked. When I connect the printer (USB) to the Win XP computer, it prints properly. Also, I cam print to it from either networked computer.
Any suggestions as to why it will not work when connected to the Vista machine?
The Vista computer is an HP Pavilion Media Center m8150n. The XP Computer is a Dell Latitude C840. In both cases the USB connection is to a powered USB Hub.
