Evening,
I am quite competent on computers and can often work things out however i am totally stumped on what is happening at the moment. Everytime i turn my computer on it doe's a total reset. Programs that i have installed are still there however when i use them i have to go through the processes of a freshly installed program such as firefox asking do i want to make it my default browser to security settings for my word 2010. I have ran security checks through sophos and other programs however these show up clean. If i create a new document it will be deleted by the time i have restarted my computer the next day. All my iTunes music has also been deleted. Can anyone please help me?
