HP p6140f help already

I just bought this computer last nite and already have problems with it. :mad: Last nite it was all fine when i booted it up and did all the new updates to it. Then this morning it shut off once i hit log out. Shut all the way down. Now when i went to turn it back on, nothing comes on the screen. I tried 2 different monitors already and still nothing. I can hear it running and the blue lights on are the tower, but yet my mouse wont light up red or nothing. the Cd drive goes in and out and you can hear the fans going inside. But no visual on the screen . WTF!:mad::mad:
 
how the hell do i do that? i cant even seen anything on the screen. the keyboard and mouse dont work.. i have no software to back it up or anything. didnt come with it
 
Shut the computer down.
Remove the power cord from the computer.
Remove the watch cell battery from the motherboard.
Press the Power Button on the computer and hold for 5 seconds.
Wait 5 minutes.
Replace watch cell battery, replace power cord, and reboot the computer.
 
ive been talking to someone online about this issue. did those things you told me. and he said i have a bad motherboard. not even 24 hrs yet. i have to send it out and wait a whole week to get it back.
