HP RUNDLL Error help needed!!!

my compuer modle is Hp Pavilion a250n
for some reason i have been getting this error message latly.

the error message says

RUNDLL
ERROR loding C:/wINDOWS/DOWNLO~1/BDPugin.dll
The specified modeul could not be found.

help needed fast.
please anwser if u know what is causing it or know how to fix it.

P.S I tryed the system restore but it did not fix it.
