HTML form send

I have always wanted to make a form and actually make it send something to me via E-Mail or saving it in a different page. The problem is...

I dont have a server to put CGI stuff in and all that which is why I dont even bother with completely learning all that stuff.

Is there a way to get a form I made and when filled out to get it sent to me via and e-mail or something?

Do you have PHP? You can build a form using that to directly email you, or there are also free services on the internet where you use their service to retrieve the forms or have the forms emailed to you.
