OK I am going to try and give as much detail as i can

I Need a HTML Code-or java script-or any type of Embeddable script

that will give me a Menu that

I will use the navigation menu on this site for examples.

WILL FOLLOW THE USER DOWN THE PAGE-such as when they scroll down the menu stays put at the top
(have the code but i need it to do MORE)\
I ALSO need it so that when you would scroll over User CP-it would drop down a menu then when you scroll over FAQ it would bring down a menu and so on and so forth.

Any Ideas?

A fixed-position div perhaps?

<div style="position:fixed; left:0px; top:0px; width:100%; height:30px;">
[content goes here]
</div>

In this case, all content in the div tag appears in the same position relative to the browser window (in this case, at the top since the left and top attributes are 0). So you'd just stick the code for your menus in there.

EDIT: You'll probably want to set the top margin of the body as well since otherwise the div will cover whatever's at the very top of your page.

OK -1/2 right-its fixed- which is what i want-But when i scroll over each option I would Like it to "branch" out-Like this site has for community-search-and quick links but i want to make it automatic and not that you have to click on it

To be more specific-i need a FIXED Multilevel Drop Down Navigation Menu

Ahh right... silly me. I'm not sure my idea would actually work, I reckon that the menus, when they pop up, would be invisible since they would be placed outside the bounds of the div... you'd most likely have to go with all JS solution.

I'm not very good with advanced JavaScript stuff such as menus, I could help you if I had the time but, alas, Top Gear is on in 15 minutes and I have some other work to do as well

Unless someone else posts something, I can probably get back to this tomorrow though.

Any Help what so ever when ever you get time would be wonderful! This is not my top priority-but I would love to make this happen before the end of the year (enough time?)(lol)
