HTPC instead of my PS3

Hi all,
my PS3 uses more like a streamer, I can't remember the last time I played it.
The PS3 is not that great as streamer, it refuses to play different files, lately there's this issue with Cinavia, and it's hard to browse the net (I also need Hebrew support)
This is why I think of selling and getting light HTPC instead.
The HTPC will use to watch movies, photos, listen to music and browse the internet. No need to play Bluray, but needs to play Full HD.
It will connect to 37" LCD screen.
I was thinking to get me one of those:

Reviews at newegg are diverse. Not sure if this one will do, or maybe it's better to get "real" processor + MoBo.
My parents have the same board just without the nvidia chip, and I find it's performance satisfying.

What do you think?

That would do fine with entertainment apps.
I personally would suggest a ITX/mATX board and Athlon II x2 processor. This way you can use a better IPU, Like the HD4250.

I use a mini itx board for my setup, and i am happy with it, I can get you full specs when I get home. I believe it has a Core 2 duo in it.

My suggestion is obviously a real processor and mobo, the atoms are good but no doubt you are going to want to do more with the computer and will be happy with the more horsepower.
