HTPC Recommendations

I'm not sure if this is in the correct section of the forum, please make me aware if it's not.

I'm building a HTPC soon and need a few recommendations. It's going to be placed in my living room for Blu-ray movies and is going to have a second display in the kitchen (which is located adjacent to my living room with only a low wall separating the two) for general web browsing. I need recommendations for:

-A cpu
-A fanless or quiet video card, I can get a mobo with integrated graphics if that approach is better.
-HTPC case, oriented horizontally just like a cable box or dvd player.
-A cpu cooler that is fairly low-profile and not too expensive and quiet

So it doesn't need to be terribly fast or expensive as it's only going to be used for web browsing and Blu-ray movies. Other part recommendations are welcome. Thanks in advance. :)

I would recommend going either mATX or ITX for the build. If you chose to go ITX, you can buy a motherboard with onboard sound, video and wifi. You can then put a TV tuner card in the single expansion slot. Newer generations of Atom processors with nvidia ion chips can easily handle 1080p video.

The Dual core (N330) ION boards are pretty awesome.

If it were me I would then go to Microcenter and but the all in wonder for $49 GPU = TV tunner card. It does have a fan though.

I apologize for keeping my location from anyone who can access the internet.

I do have a Fry's less than 15 minutes from my house. I go there often.

If I have to explain it the joke is ruined. You are hiding your location but you’re signature is a pig, a pig is meat. The Atkins diet is meat only, so do you get it?
