WIndows 10 Huge performance drops mid gaming

Hello everyone, I am new and do not know if this is the right place for this question, sorry

I have an amd ryzen 5 3600, rtx 2060, 32gb ram, asrock b450m pro 4 and a cpu fan (Tomorrow a h100 elite). Many games lag when I play them or I have huge FPS and performance drops (Ready or not, Call of duty, GTA, Rainbow Six Siege). Can it be that my cpu or graphics card are getting too hot. i bought a corsair h100 elite capellix, does that maybe solve the problem? Should i maybe buy a new graphics card or cpu or more ram?

Diownload core temp and run it and then post the cpu temps you are getting.
