Hybrid Crossfire question

OK, my mobo supports Hybrid. Now, I am pretty sure that this is using say, my 3850 and crossfire that with the on board 3200? How does this work, and how can I do it? Also, will my 550W OCz PSU handle it fine? And, when I get a 4850, will I be able to do it then too?

pretty sure the 3850 will work. psu should be fine. i do not believe the 4850 will work though.
