Am I missing anythin on this build? Is there any compatibility problems? Thanks for your replies!

The drive I had seemed ok, but I know seagates are high quality. But that mobo has a ton of negative reviews where it had major probs or didn't work at all, what are it's advantages over the first one?

Yeah I think you should get a Gigabyte motherboard, they are one of the few motherboards out there that uses solid state capacitors.

I prefer an Antech one, but I don't see a problem in getting a generic one, I have a few generic PSU's as well as Antech ones and they last the same, doesn't seem to have a difference.

I've heard people say they love and hate rosewill so thats up to you... corsair and ocz seem to be some favorites. I would go with a WD drive they're quality products, and do you have an os?

OCZ is a good choice on PSU's. Rosewill tends to have defects in the products so it is not a Computer Favorite. Everything else looks good.

Ok so I should look into Antec psu's and Wd drives. I hadn't thought of a os at the time but now I'm thinking I'll probably stick with Xp pro or something like that as Vista still seems to have some bugs from what I've read. My next question is what I should order first. When my ebay thing goes through I will have 800 bucks (Sold the lappy in my sig) so I'm thinking I'll probably be able to get everything but the gfx card (There's the kicker lol) and an os cus thats another 100+ bucks.

Edit: Also, does anyone see anywhere I could shave some money but still keep the same level of perfomance, I don't want to go any lower but maybe there is somewhere I could get a better deal that you guys might know about? Money is tight lol...thanks!

I would rather get the quad now and not have to upgrade in the "near" future...not like it matters thought lol I could order the parts right now and they would be outdated in a week. hows this build look?

Kinda funny that it's the exact same price eh? I'm getting a bit discouraged though, I keep reading all this stuff about flashing bios and sata pata setting up your ram timings and stuff and I have no idea what all that means..I really don't want to get all this stuff and sit there and stare at it going "what's next?"

Edit: Is that case going to be ok? I want to have a lot of room for expansion and of course to have it look cool and keep things cool, any suggestions?
