I have been reading different sources and finding conflicting information. Is the below information correct?

Socket AM2 processors have 940 pins.

Socket AM2+ processors have 940 pins.

Socket AM3 processors have 938 pins.

Socket AM3+ processors have 942 pins.

Edit: Socket FM1 processors have 905 pins.

from something i read and the picture i saw the am3+ seemed to only have 2 more pins not 4, that's all i know. they showed them side by side and all you could see different was these 2 little lines near the center, one on each side, had an extra pin so instead of like a 3 pin gap it was a 2 pin gap. but this was about a week ago that i saw this and i am me :P

looked and on the wikipedia page it said 940/940, and it said the am3 socket has the 941, but the cpu only has 938, and didn't list am3+, even though it listd lga2011 and several lga's ive never seen, but they were server ones, an lga 15-- and a 12--

also, congrats on 4k posts :D:good:
