I am having problem with my computer blue screen error

i just now tried to start my computer and do safe mode well all i got was that same blue screen error.


so i start it back up again by using F5 then got this options menu and then start it up again and press F8 and the same menu options is the same as F5

it said

windows advance options menu
please select an options:

safe mode
safe mode with networking
safe mode with command prompt

enable boot logging
enable VGA mode
last known good configuration
directory services restore mode
debugging mode
disable automatic restart on system failure


start windows normally
reboot
return to OS choices menu


now which one do i choose?? I don't understand this.
 
Unfortunately, if you don't have a windows disk or any other tools you can use (it doesn't need to be Dell specific disks if you have a retail windows it will work) to try and diagnose/fix the problem you may be down to running the built in restore. You will lose all your data if you do this so if you have anything important you'll need to connect the hard drive to a working system and copy anything you want to save over to the working system temporarily.
 
no I don't got any cd that came with my computer or cd for retail windows. I just don't know what to do with my computer anymore. I don't know why it is still acting like this. I still can't fix it.
