I am in the UK, but want to find a US forum

I am from the UK and live here but want a US slant to my questions. Whenever I google a particular forum I just get UK forums. How can I find US forums? Do I need to change my IP before searching?

Just add US (United States) to your search query. I can search for UK computer stores just by adding UK to the search.
