I can not get into my computer!!!!!help!!!!!

Logon.exe is a virus, it attaches it's self to your system and wants to start up every time you start your computer. You need to get into start/run and type msconfig and look at what is starting up when you boot windows, if you see a logon.exe you need to deselect the check mark next to it and reboot.
 
If you can deselect that, then my advice would be to run your virus software again. And run spybot and adaware. You can get free copys off the net.
 
O.K. I tried the safe mode and it gets me a safe mode black screen then it goes to a log on screen again the only diference now if I have Administator and compaq user. on both options I click on it and it said:
logging on
loading settings
saving settings
logging off.

Then it goes to the log on screen again and I can't get anywhere. Is there a way to go around the log on screen??
 
Not that I know of, maybe someone has a away around it.

I am thinking the only way you are going to fix it is by reformatting.

If you are worried about loosing some important data, then go buy a new hard drive, install windows on the new one, set it as a master and load your old drive as a slave. Pull all of your data off of the old one that you need, then reformat it and use it as a slave drive. Or use it as a backup drive to backup your files from now on.
