I Can See A File Clearly But Windows Cant Find It

Hey guys, this is a real weird one for me.

I have this streaming software called SimpleCast. I stream an online radio show from it. Whilst streaming, the software records a copy.

After the show, i'm like great lets have a listen...i find the file by clicking an expand folder button within the software. I can see it clearly here in the software

but in windows explorer...its not there

All security settings are set to me as owner but if i try to change them, it says windows cannot find the file.

Any ideas?

never mind. the easiest thing fixed it.

Just copy and pasted it into the same location. File now available.
