I can't connect to the internet from my desktop. The computer has a network connectio

My laptop connects usually without a problem. On the desktop I get a message on Firefox "The document has no data". On explorer I get the message "Internet explorer cannot display th webpage". I didnt change anything. It just happened all of a sudden. Please help . Thank you.

Have you tried clearing your cache and such, or restarting your router? ect ect?
