I cant delete or creat a new partition while formatting

Hello
Im trying to format my pc but suddenly it appear that i cant delete or creat a new partition, i took a picture showing this, so if anybody knows some way so i can combine all partitions in one, so i can creat a new ones. I never had this problem before

Looks like you have created a dynamic disk instead of a basic disk. Here is the difference.

Delete the existing partitions and start over. If windows setup won't allow you to delete the partitions then use either killdisk or dban to wipe the drive clean.
