I can't figure out how to connect my TV to work as a monitor?

Hey, I can't figure this out, how can I connect my TV to my computer so I can use it like a monitor? My dad's TV is pretty basic, pretty much all it has it a cable input and 1 video and 1 audio, this is the TV we are trying to connect it too. The computer I'm trying to use is the build in my sig, so is there any possible way to connect this to this TV?

You take an S-video cable and run it from the graphics card to the TV. Then play around with the settings to your likings.

The TV doesn't have S-Vid, is there any other way, here's everything the video card came with:

And than all the TV has in cable input, and the video and audio input.

EDIT: Okay, I got it, I plugged it into the modulator or something like that and it works, but it's ghosting, I could figure the rest out if I could get rid of the ghosting problem, do you know how I can fix this?

EDIT 2: OKay, I guess it's not ghosting, I guess it's just really blurry, it's hard to see what I'm doing, and I'm noot really sure exactly where to go, so does anyone know where to go or what to do?

Unless its a HDTV then the picture quality will be an unbearable 640x480 resolution. Which, on any tv other then a 14", will be bery hard to read text.
