Game issue

The SP is Service pack 3 and these are my PC info;

Bingo. Your Graphics card is not strong enough. You need a Geforce 3 or Raedon 8500, and you don't have that power with a intel 815.

fix that and it should run.
 
Has the game ever run on the computer? I don't think your graphics is up to it, and even the processor speed only just barely beats the minimum required acording to the specs I looked up.

Assuming my math is right, he has 25% more processor than is necessary. I don't think that is the issue. However, his graphics are far weaker than necessary.
 
The only glaring issue I see is the GPU. Your sound might not be compatible, but that is a bridge to cross after the GPU situation is fixed.

Though, and don't get me wrong, I love my Pentium 3 laptop, at this point you should be looking at replacing it with a Core 2 at the minimum.
 
It is a problem of graphics. You don't meet the DX8 requirement (Extreme 2 (Pentium 4) was the intro of that for intel.

you are not going to like the answer. You hae PCI, and thus you will be spending ungodly amounts of money for little performance.

I was speaking of Graphics there. At the least you need a bard with PCIe x16, a processor and PSU to match.

Do you have a budget? Do you want new or used parts? If used, what nation?
