Hello everyone,
I currently have an AMD FX 6100 unlocked Black Edition. It runs at 3.8ghz right now. I want to try and get it to about 4, maybe 4.2. But every time I overclock (with either AMD OverDrive or a program my motherboard has) it either blue screens, or doesn't keep the overclocking changes. Eg: I put it to about 4ghz it becomes unstable, so I'm like "Okay, I should restart my computer now" and whenever I check to see what it's running at: it's back to 3.8ghz. I don't really get why I can't overclock it, maybe you guys will know?
My Setup:
CPU: AMD FX 6100 Black Edition
Mobo: Asus M5A97 Pro
GPU: nVidia GTX 560
RAM: 8GB
---------------------------------------
Also on an unrelated note I get this screen whenever I boot up my computer.. what does it mean?
