I don't know anything about Computers

The Video processing requirements for that game are as follows:

ATI X1600 or NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT or higher graphics card with 128 MB of Video RAM

The PC you are looking at purchasing has Intel integrated graphics which means it does not meet the requirements to play that game (integrated graphics meaning the video processing is built into the motherboard, versus a dedicated graphics card which is a separate card in itself). You would be able to purchase a graphics card with that PC and install it when they arrive. Then you'd be able to play that game.

Would it be possible to use a graphics card of the computer i currently have?
I have no idea how to install one or even what one looks like but im sure i could find something on youtube or call someone.
the graphics card i currently have is an NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
 
That NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 that you have would get you just enough GPU power to meet the minimum requirements for that game. You'll probably be running the game at very low settings however. Removing the card from your old system and installing it in the new one is pretty simple. Like you said, watch a youtube video and you should be good to go!
