Do you know your motherboard name and model? it should be on there site if the still offer support for you board.

Hi guys, I am using a very old gateway laptop running on windows me, and I need to save some files via my norcent external cd-rw ONLY I lost the diskette it came with that had the driver and my win me reinstall cd is too scratched up to find any drivers on it (this driver is basically a very...basic 2.0 usb driver)
