I clicked on get valves then set valves, what the hell does it do? As you can see Im new to OC programs :(
 
I've never OC'd so I dont know what you should do but the clocks show the speeds for the given parts of the computer in megahertz. So your CPU is running at 2.2 gigahertz. I'm not sure how you actualy go about Oc'ing in that program.
 
forget oc programs do it in the bios, so much easier those things always mess up cpu's i had one fry becaus of one of those worthless programs. also depending on what type of chip you have too, but i'm not sure of what your saying the problem is either so could ya verify a little more please i might be of some help.
 
Yep, show values probebly means that you can see the speeds of things, and set values probebly lets you cange anything. Everything seems to be running at normal speed so I dont think you did anything.
 
looks absolutely stock to me. "show valves" is probably jsut a different viewing option within the program.

now uninstall that and do it in the BIOS lol.
