i don't know where to post...but i think i have a virus..

when ever my computer turns on norton comes up and says file is infected...then shows the path...C:\programfiles\winupdates\winupdates.exe....then underneath that it says virus name as w32.Alcra.B. and i run the norton several times and it deletes that shit...then at the end it says your computer is still infected with viruses!

What do i do?
 
You can also try Trend Micro's on-line virus scanner at www.pc-cillin.com. Go to the House Call section and it will do it right there. Or, download Anti-Vir and install, it's a very good AV that should be able to catch the embedded files as well as the active files.
