I feel this is not right

this is the memory in my sig. for some reason my system seems sluggish compared to my old 3500+ system with 1.7 gbs of single channel ram. Any ideas?

And you have two gigs of it? i have no idea, it should definitely not be slower than 1.7gigs of single channel. Do some benchmarks.

yea i have 2 gigs in dual channel mode i've slightly overclocked the cpu to 2 Ghz just to see if thats the problem but its not. I updated the bios to F11 didn't seem to make much of a difference.
