I have a problem with msn please read and help

ok guys and girls,


Yesterday i got a instant message from my brother on msn. It was a link to a web site that could find out who blocked you on msn. I entered my information and it showed me who had blocked me. Sounds good so far right? After that everyone on my contact list got the exact same message from me sent to them on there msn. :confused: Not only that but my msn signs me out from time to time now. I re installed msn on my computer and it still signs me out. I must have a virus or something. Anyone can help me?

Yes i have ... after this problem started I un installed and re- installed msn......today I un installed and re- installed the newer version of msn

does everything look ok ????
 
No, I mean right now is it installed or uninstalled? If its uninstalled then go ahead and get rid of anything that says its connected to msn messenger

Why lol?
If he installed msn add-ons we can find it in this log. What he has is a malware, we need to find it and get rid of it. Give me a few days, I'm pretty busy at the moment (or wait for another person such as Ceewi1 or Buzz1927 to take a look at your log).

Did you run any kind of anti-virus, anti-spyware?
 
Download and Run ComboFix
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Please post in your next reply:
  • The combofix log
  • A fresh Hijackthis log

I formated my PC and still messed up

ok .... this is what fixed it for my brother

* changed his password

But here is the next problem i have!!!!! LOL I try and change my password at hotmail but the ACCOUNT SUMMARY page will not load!!!!! Not from anyones computer. The page comes up ..... but those little loading circles keep spinning!!!!!
