i have a problem with vram

so im trying to run fortnite which requires only 4gb of vram to run and i have a nivida geforce rtx 3060 with 12124 MB of vram. i have searched everywhere so i wanna know if its a problem with the game or my computer. also i have done everything from factory reset my pc to edit my virtual memory

What is the issue you are having? Do you have the correct video driver installed? Are you mistakenly using onboard video instead?

Onboard video would be video through the cpu. Most all intel cpus do now and some AMD ryzen do. Are you saying it's working fine now?
