I have a question about Countries information.

I don't live in the USA anymore, I live in Israel in these days
and I bought a computer, learned hebrew and stuff and I'm
a new man.

Some sites gets only people who live in the USA,
And I just need to log in my old accounts and I have a problem
to do that since they accept only people from the USA,

Do you think there is a way to bypass that? or to confuse
the system and make it think I live in the USA?
 
I don't think so cuz it tracks your IP address and if you hide it I'm sure that it won't let you in either. I may be wrong though.
