Other than Viewpoint there is just one little thingy, spyware apparently.
I see that Viewpoint is installed. Viewpoint, Viewpoint Manager, Viewpoint Media Player are Viewpoint components which are installed as a side effect of installing other software, most notably AOL and AOL Instant Messenger (AIM). Viewpoint Manager is responsible for managing and updating Viewpoint Media Player's components. You can disable this using the Viewpoint Manager Control Panel found in the Windows Control Panel menu. By selecting Disable auto-updating for the Viewpoint Manager -- the player will no longer attempt to check for updates. Anything that is installed without your consent is suspect. Read what Viewpoint says and make your own decision.
To provide a satisfying consumer experience and to operate effectively, the Viewpoint Media Player periodically sends information to servers at Viewpoint. Each installation of the Viewpoint Media Player is identifiable to Viewpoint via a Customer Unique Identifier (CUID), an alphanumeric identifier embedded in the Viewpoint Media Player. The Viewpoint Media Player randomly generates the CUID during installation and uses it to indicate a unique installation of the product. A CUID is never connected to a user's name, email address, or other personal contact information. CUIDs are used for the sole purpose of filtering redundant information. Each of these information exchanges occurs anonymously.

Viewpoint Manager is considered as foistware instead of malware since it is installed without user's approval but doesn't spy or do anything "bad". This may change, read Viewpoint to Plunge Into Adware.
I recommend that you remove the Viewpoint products; however, decide for yourself. To uninstall the the Viewpoint components (Viewpoint, Viewpoint Manager, Viewpoint Media Player):
  • Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  • In Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  • In Add or Remove Programs, highlight >>Viewpoint component<< , click Remove.
  • Do the same for each Viewpoint component.

OK, now please open up your HijackThis again and choose Do a system scan only.
Find and check these entries:

  • C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

Okay thank you. I removed all Viewpoint stuff from my computer and ran another scan and did not see anymore of the ^ above stuff that you told me to fix.

Now some optional things.
Please tell me what browser are you using? Because I see your Internet Explorer is hijacked badly, and I thought you would post for a problem on it so... I guess you use different one? If you are actually using IE, come back and tell me. Meanwhile:
Update Java Runtime:

You are using an old version of Java. Sun's Java is sometimes updated in order to eliminate the exploitation of vulnerabilities in an existing version. For this reason, it's extremely important that you keep the program up to date, and also remove the older more vulnerable versions from your system. The most current version of Sun Java is: Java Runtime Environment Version 6 Update 4.
  • Go to http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
  • Go to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 4 and click on Download button.
  • In Platform box choose Windows.
  • Check the box to Accept License Agreement and click Continue.
  • Click on Windows Offline Installation, click on the link under it which says "jre-6u4-windows-i586-p.exe" and save the downloaded file to your desktop.
  • Go to Start => Control Panel => Add or Remove Programs
  • Uninstall all old versions of Java (Java 3 Runtime Environment, JRE or JSE)
  • Reboot your computer
  • Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Java if present
  • Install the new version by running the newly-downloaded file with the java icon which will be at your desktop, and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Reboot your computer
 
I did everythink you recommended up until "Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Java if present" . It say "cannot delete folder, it is being used" I do it immediately after restarting with no programs running and i never opened mozilla. You were right, i do not use ie.

Can you tell me what to do if i cannot delete this folder, or what i can do to delete it? thanks.

Should I just go ahead and run the new download?

If everything is under control except this one thing, cool!
You just have to run in safe mode and delete the java file.

Print out these instructions or save them into a notepad on your desktop, because you will not have internet access while in Safe Mode.
You can go in Safe Mode by restarting your computer, then continually tapping F8 until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.
Now navigate to the file/folder you want to delete ( in this case Java folder ) and delete it!

OKay. Sorry, I was trying to delete the C:/Java folder, not the C:/Program Files/Java, not it is gone. I am rerunning the scan for McAfee to see if it currently detects anything. I will let you know if it senses a virus. Thanks.
