I have an old MEDION desktop which does not work absolutely. It means NO any light on the computer body when it connected to an electrical outlet.
Not very long time ago this computer worked but it did start right after shutdown and so many many times.
What could be a problem? Power supply is broken? Can it be uncharged battery?
Thanks for any help?

Could be power supply, especially if there is no light lit on motherboard designating its getting power. However, some OEM's computers don't have that option. I would start by using a known good power supply though.

I changed the battery from old one to a new one but computer condition is the same = No lights and No sounds.

Changing the CMOS battery isn't going to do jack crap if your PC doesn't even power on.

I'd swap out the PSU with a known working unit for starters.
