I Have Installed A Video Card And My Clomputer Startup Reads:

I have installed a Sapphire Video Card by ATI in my Dell E310 and when I boot up my computer, the screen reads Cannot Display Image, Optimum Resolution #### X ####. Then I can see the Windows startup and everything is fine afterwards. I need to be able to access the BIOS and other options. Please help me in this problem.

i think dell bios is either F2 or delete just press it like crazy 2 seconds after u press the power button !!
sometimes it's so fast you dont have time to press it or if you do, it's already at the boot screen

Im sorry

Im sorry what i mean is that i Just cant see it, i want to see it just incase i need it but I cannot see the entire startup. What can do to fix this?
