I have monitor issues?

The computer turns on fine but the moniter goes on to a standby mode and doesnt display anything? but when i take the moniter connection out of the video card it turns on but says no signal check cable?? so i have changed the video card and it still doesnt work, i was hoping i could put a new card in and just install the driver for i, but doesnt work.?

has something more serious gone here?

where would i find that auto reset button is just an average 17inch tiny moniter.

also i tried another moniter on the computer and still didnt work?
