i have no clue about psu's so help needed

i am wanting to build a computer with a core 2 duo and a sapphire 4850 the twin slot version. but i am stumped with what power supply to get i am on a budget nothing above £30. i have found this

but im just going by wattage which i know is not the to do it. is the psu suitable or not and if it isnt what do you suggest?

You always want to buy name brand powersupplies. Don't cheap out with the generic ones.
