I have problems with war3.exe!

When I play on-line, it often crashes my computer from the game back to operating system!
It mostly happens during the loading of the game.
Here is the message that it shows:

Can anyone help me about this?
 
Re-install? Is this the only problem with your computer? If so, it more than likely is the game, or you do not meet system requirements to run WarCraft III. System Specs?
 
Do you play other games? It'll most likly happen with any RAM or VRAM intensivte program,it might take a while but'll prabally happen, and its most lily your RAM or VRAM and one bit of it is bad and the whole thing needs thing needs to be replaced(yeah i sucks happen's happen to me 3 times from vcards off ebay)
 
It only happens when I play war3!
I have ran memtest and it found no errors.
I think maybe it is the graphic card!!
Anyone else?
