Whats the name of the cable that i can plug in my computer ( in the video card) and in my TV to watch from my computer to my TV and where can i buy one and how much is cost ?
Also how long do u think the cable will be because my TV is in the other room.

Thank you

Do you mean you want signal from the computer to the TV or vice versa? Cause if you want it to go from computer to TV you most probably need a S-Video cable or composite (RCA cable).

Well it depends on your video card. (Tell us which you have and we can give much better info)

Could be several things.

Most common would probably be S-Video. An S-Vid cable isnt too expencive and can come in a few different ways. What i mean is that you can get an S-Video to S-Video - meaning your TV would have to have an S-Video slot....or you can get an S-Video to RCA (the YELLOW cable that you see very often with DVD players, playstations, etc..) meaning your TV would only need a yellow RCA opening. S-Video Cables look like this...

Another one could be RCA to RCA - yellow cable to yellow cable. Would look like this...

Another common one is DVI - This is for HI-DEF only. Your television would need to support HDTV and have a DVI slot which looks like this...

Some TV's have a VGA slot. This would mean that you could buy a VGA to VGA cable. A VGA cable is what monitors use. They look like this....

As for the prices...the longer - the more expencive. You should probably just move your computer closer to the TV. The most expencive of those above would ve DVI but also provides the best picture. Then I think it would be VGA, Svideo then RCA to RCA.
