yes you can,webmin is availabe for all linux version,
the most easiest way i know to manage linux servers, proxies,ftp,http,Jabber, you name it
 
There is a small security risk in installing webmin since it can be setup to allow remote root access which is never a good idea. Just don't set it up so it can be directly accessed from the internet.
