oh will it run windows xp

it will, but you will want more RAM to run it without any slow downs (128MB is min. req. for XP) So technically yes it will run, but for better performance you might look into more RAM.

ok an is my famaly comp anny good
specs
amd 3200+
1gb ram
256mb video card
dvd play
cd burner
180gb hd

well theres alot more to consider.

is the 3200+ an XP or an A64?
What speed is the RAM and what brand?
What chip does the vid card use...model really. I seen 9200 256MB cards and there horrible. what a waste lol.

in general it does looks like a good computer, "decent" is what i think you were looking for lol. got lots of RAM and a big HD, capable processor (A64 would be better but XP will do fine for home uses) and i presume a decent vid card.

ya it 64 i look at the erb site

Here's What You Need to Use Windows XP Home Edition

• 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher recommended (64 MB minimum supported; may limit performance and some features)

• 1.5 gigabyte (GB) of available hard disk space.*

• Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher resolution video adapter and monitor

• CD-ROM or DVD drive

• Keyboard and Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device

XP will run with 64MB of RAM but it barely runs on 128MB, 256 should be the minimum you use. Keep in mind that under default settings XP tends to use 60-80MB of RAM just to start and sit idle.

It also kinda depends on what you comapre the video unit against and what its used for
