i fitted a new graphics card and it was working fine, so i installed a game and tried to play it and the screen went blue and said "no support!" so i thought there might have been a problem with the game so i restarted my computer as i couldnt do anything else and then when it restarted thats all i get now.

take out the graphics card, unhooking EVERYTHING, put it pack in, hook everything up again. If this does not help, if possible, switch the output slot (i cant think of the damn name right now, but if you look at the graphics card where you hook up the monitor(s), than try them both). If this STILL doesn't help, then if possible, switch video cards. Then let us know what has happened and what you have tried.

Does your board have onboard video? If so, take your vid card out and see if
you can get your pc to boot off of the onboard video.

Also, can you post the specs of your system? CPU, PSU, mobo, etc...

what's the model of your gpu(ati 4850, geforce 9800gtx+), also, what is the size of your psu(300, 400 watts etc.)

i dont have a video cardm or sound card didnt think id need them just yet?

did you posibly use the disc it came with? thats not a help manual.. its the drivers.

Do you get a bios screen? If you do just start hitting F8 and see if it boots into safe mode. If so uninstall the driver and reboot and see if it starts up.
