Depends on if you prefer PCs or Macs. If you are a less experienced user, I'd go with Macs, I believe they are more user-friendly, but personally, I prefer PCs. So I'd go with the HP.
your software selection is probably going to be a lot more limited with the mac, so if you plan on going to say bust buy for example to buy a program go with the pc that way you don't have to worry about compatibility
