I tried to change the security setting for my user folder in file explorer. (I think it was C:/User/...) And I tried to make it so that normal users can have full control of the file. So when I tried to save those settings it gave a bunch of warnings. So I clicked cancel and and exited but when I got out of it my computer was working oddly, like everything was very slow, And I can't open anything Microsoft related anymore... Project spartan wouldn't open, the windows bar won't open. It won't let me open file explorer. Task manager won't start and crashes when I open it, I can't open control panel, and it won't let me open settings. So I can't change it back at all. The only things that I've found that it can open are Chrome and Steam. That's it. I NEED HELP! I don't know if I should restart my computer or IF I can restart my computer properly. I don't know what will happen if I just hold down the power button and try to turn my computer back on! Please help! And I just realized I have no sound.
