Also, will it be able to fit into a mid-tower Antec 900?
 
If I were you I'd get either the Tuniq Tower 120 or the ZEROtherm Nirvana NV120. Both are cheaper, and better than the Zalman 9700.
 
These things come with a dinky little cooler because of the reduced power consumption, looks like you can run em up to some pretty high clocks even with the stocker (which has like 1/2 the cooling surface of an E6XXX series)..
There's probably tons of people on here that would sell you a stock one off an E6XXX cheap..

Having said that, I've used a couple of the Arctic Freezer 7's and they work good and they are sure nuff cheap.
