I need a good mother board for this setup

willing to spend $130 maybe even $150 if it really makes a hell of alot of difference
 
go to newegg and search for a motherboard with all those specs. Dont forget to count how many pins are on your PSU were you connect your motherboard
 
IMO the Gigabyte DS3 has to be one of the best boards for the price, out there! So many doors to open in the BIOS, truly an amazing board I PAID too much,at the time now there $129

No necessarily true. The only difference between the two boards GA-965P-DS3... The S standing for 'Solid', referring to the capacitors, so, same board really, it's just if you want to spend more money :P

Capacitors will last long enough anyway, if if they aren't solid and you OC.
 
no the D standing for Durability that the new capacitors have. they all say Sx

the solid capacitors are better because the withstand better temps than electrolite ones can, plus they dont pop.
 
I would suggest dropping to the E6600. It will save you lots of money, and they both will overclock practically the same amount. The benefit of the higher multiplier with the E6700 doesn't make much difference.
