Hey guys i'm going to purchase my build in a week but now i'm having some doubts about the motherboard i'm looking at getting. I hear people are having a lot trouble with it. So i need a good motherboard and my budget is around $300. Also to be good at overclocking for future use.
Those are the parts that i'm going to purchase:
1. CPU - Intel Core i7-920 Bloomfield 2.66GHz
2. GPU - Sapphire HD 5870 1GB
3. RAM - CORSAIR XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
4. Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar Black WD5001AALS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
5. Case - COOLER MASTER RC-690-KKN1-GP
6. Power Supply - CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W
This is the motherboard i was looking at but i hear people are having trouble with it.
ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58
What will you suggest me to get the one above or there is a better one for $300 budget? Thanks.
