I need a new cooler.

I'm either getting a $30 cooler or a coolermaster 120mm red led fan, to stick on my side panel.

Yeah, i've seen that cooler before. they had the black version on sale at pc case gear for $59 (australian site)

And the reason i'm complaining is because the temps max out at 65c and it heats my small room up, a lot.

A new heatsink is not going to fix that. It's the heat generated from the computer, your heatsink dissipates it into surrounding air, heating the air around it, heating your room.

Go for the Titan Fenrir, i use one and with my overclocked q8200 at 3Ghz it runs a treat. Each core never exceeds 45 celcius. Easy to install etc etc
