I need a new power supply right?

I have this power supply http://www.affordablesurplus.com/ps-bestec-atx250-12zd-power-supply.asp

I guess it's 250 watt right? I wanna buy a quality graphics card - probably the Geforce 7800GT, and my system is an ok spec, but I assume I may need some more power?

- If so, which good quality PSU would you recommend?
- Can a dumb ass install a PSU without blowing up his computer?
- My computer runs ok now, do I really need like 400+watt just so I can run a new graphics card??
- I don't understand all this 12V rail talk. I'll leave that to you guys.

Thanks!

Leon.

if you want the 7800gt, then yes a minimum of 400 watts is needed.
dont cheap out on it either.

AND DONT BE LIKE ME!
test the psu with a dmm or something, i assumed after 7 minutes of running it would be fine, left the room for a minute and my psu exploded and smoked up the whole room. there goes 1700$ of computer parts :(

i had an antec neo he 550watt.
im gona get a replacement and hoping my other parts arnt fried. i cant stress enough to be VERY carefull when choosing a psu.
