I need a new PSU - Point in right direction

Not enough difference to justify the extra money, IMO. What is it about the NeoHE that attracts you? The modular interface?
 
OK, firstly don't concern yourself with the three rails vs two rails on Seasonic built Antec PSUs like the NeoHE and EA. Despite what the label says, they all behave as single rail units - there's no OCP on any rail.

If you restrict your choices to modular PSUs, you reduce the playing field significantly. The NeoHE 430W is undoubtedly a very solid PSU, and one good choice. The XClio Greatpower 550W is capable of putting out significantly more power with only a small price increase, and certainly warrants a look.
