i need a psu

Meh, that's RMA'ing for you. Just do what she says, send an email to Rosewill describing your problem. RMA'ing can be a pain in the arse sometimes, but in the end it's worth it.

yeah but i can only get a replacement so ill just have to sell it on ebay lol
 
im getting the replacement dont know how long it will take. ill sell the new one on ebay see you guys when i get a new psu :(
 
well the ocz power supply broke my motherboard, when i plug everything in turn my computer on i got no display for onboard gpu or my hd4670 and the psu makes a hissing sound that cant be good. so i put my rosewill back in that didnt give me a display so i turn my computer of to see if i could here a ram check beep but i didnt hear one, so i took out all the ram to see if i could get a repetitive beeping sound from not having any ram in and i didnt get it. so i need a new mobo and psu. could anything else be broken? ram, hd4670,or CPU

You sure it was the ocz, or did your rosewill break it in the first place...

Highly doubt you would get another bad unit, especially from OCZ. I've used probably 20+ of these recertified ocz units without any issue whatsoever.

I wouldnt have recommended it in the first place if i wasnt sure. Although, your other option would be to try to get a refund on that OCZ and get the recertified 610W pcp&c silencer, an even better quality unit.

i got it working, thanks. i took the cpu off blow it a little and now its working :D
